I started Pilates group classes at Health in Motion more than 10 years ago. As from 2009, for health reasons, I intensified my training and added weekly sessions with personal trainers. Without going into details of my medical history, I want to say that regular, focused and individualised personal training and private Pilates sessions put me in a good position to get through treatment, and afterwards helped restore my energy, strength and health.
Health in Motion has been a very supportive environment. Over the years I had the pleasure of working with a number of trainers, all of whom were not only highly competent, but also sensitive, kind and caring people who were always able - on the spot - to adapt the exercises to my needs. While trainers may come and go, Sue and Kristen – in a very special way – have been maintaining high professional standards throughout. I have always been looking forward to my sessions, can highly recommend Health in Motion, and have done so in the past.
I started at Health in Motion as I embarked on a rehabilitation process after my 3rd back operation. I started with Pilates to strengthen my core and stabilisers and through consistent sessions managed to get back into full health and active life again. I have worked with a number of the trainers at Health in Motion and all are very professional, focused on your needs as an individual and open and flexible to work within your schedule. I have recommended the studio to a number of friends and colleagues and continue to appreciate their dedication to one’s well being.
I have been doing Pilates at the wonderful Health in Motion studio since 2011 and find the overall experience great. Everyone at the studio is always friendly, and the trainers are highly experienced and professional. The sessions are well-paced and the level of intensity is just right- never too easy or too difficult.
