I obtained my BA Hons qualification in sports science at the University of Stellenbosch and later went on to complete my M Tech Chiro at Wits Tech and also completed my DC in the United Kingdom.
As a doctor of chiropractic, I focus on neuro-musculo-skeletal issues such as muscle strains, joint sprains and nerve pain such as sciatica. Techniques applied include:
• Kinesiology (Identifying muscle weakness)
• Activator (Correcting joint restriction)
• Drop Table Adjusting
• Diversified Manual Adjusting
• Dry Needling and Trigger Point Therapy
