I started at Health in Motion as I embarked on a rehabilitation process after my 3rd back operation. I started with Pilates to strengthen my core and stabilisers and through consistent sessions managed to get back into full health and active life again. I have worked with a number of the trainers at Health in Motion and all are very professional, focused on your needs as an individual and open and flexible to work within your schedule. I have recommended the studio to a number of friends and colleagues and continue to appreciate their dedication to one’s well being.
